I just have to tell you that the whole way home I was "marinating in the afterglow" of that incredible massage!!! I could feel my body radiating! I felt the effects for a few days, too! My body felt so much more opened up and I kept finding myself wanting to stretch and align my body even more. It was such a confirmation that having bodywork done is SOOOO essential and complementary to devoted yogis.
