Be Nourished Holistic Health Coaching’s primary focus is on how getting healthy can be fun, easy and in fact such a pleasure that healthy changes are not only attainable, but also sustainable. I take a stand against counting calories or calculating carbs, or relying on discipline and deprivation, and advocate a different way, a holistic way, of reaching the same goals.
Meet Corrina:
I am the founder and director of Be Nourished Holistic Health Coaching and a board certified Nutrition and Holistic Health Counselor through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP). In addition to my studies in nutrition, I received my Registered Yoga Teacher certification from the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, in Lenox, Massachusetts. I am a certified Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner through the Lotus Palm School of Thai Yoga Massage in Montreal, Quebec. I received my Bachelor of Arts with honors from the University of California Santa Barbara and currently live in West Hartford, Connecticut.

I take great satisfaction in helping my clients make nutrition and lifestyle changes that boost their energy, heal chronic illnesses, reduce stress, and allow their bodies and souls to be extraordinarily healthy.
I received my training as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition's cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program.
During my training, I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. My teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.
My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of different dietary theories, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
